To store food in the best possible way, here is advice on the best way to tidy your fridge:

In the freezer at -18°C

Frozen food and ice cream.

Never freeze food yourself if the appliance displays less than -22°C. and make sure the frozen food is completely cooled

In the coldest shelves between 0 and +2°C

Meat, fish, poultry, pork delicatessen products, home-made dishes and vacuum-packed prepared dishes.

Remove cardboard packaging from products such as dairy foods

In intermediate shelves between 4  and + 6°C

Dairy products and dairy desserts (yoghurt, petits suisses, dessert creams, etc), milk and opened UHT creams, defrosting products or pasteurized cheeses.

Eat preparations made with raw eggs within a day (pancake batter, mayonnaise, custard).

In the vegetable compartment at +6°C

Fruit and vegetables (washed)

In the fridge door +6°C and +10°C

Jam, mustard and all opened condiments, eggs, butter and drinks (water, fruit juice, sodas and wine).
