Cheesecake style yoghurt cake

Refrigeration: 4 hours
Ingredients (serves 6):
- 200 g plain biscuits (e.g. Rich Tea)
- 100 g butter
- 500 g Yoplait Fruits Fondants yoghurt
- 50 g sugar
- 2 or 3 leaves of gelatine
- 2 egg whites
Preparation:
Crush the biscuits and mix with the softened butter.
Press this preparation into a sponge tin.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Melt the gelatine. Mix gently with the yoghurt, gelatine, beaten egg whites and pour over the biscuit base.
Leave the cake for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator and serve.
Tip:
When it's the red fruit season, serve this cheesecake with a coulis of strawberries or whole red fruit.
Whipped peach and cream delight
Preparation:45 min
Cooking time: 35 min
Ingredients (serves 8):
- 3 eggs,
- 1/2 litre milk,
- 1/2 litre Yoplait crème fraîche fluide with 30% fat,
- 4 peaches
- a few drops of vanilla essence,
- 75 g sugar.
Preparation
Bring the milk to the boil with the sugar and vanilla essence.
Pour over the three whisked eggs and cook in a bain-marie for half an hour -.
Leave to cool.
Whisk the preparation, adding the whisked crème fraîche fluide.
Pour the whipped preparation into a glass, garnish with peeled sliced peaches.
Tip:
For successful whipped cream, place the bowl you will use to beat the cream in the freezer for a few minutes.
Diet strawberry milkshake
Preparation: 10 min
No cooking required
Utensil: a blender
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 200 g 0% Calin fromage frais
- 150 g strawberries (or raspberries, blueberries, blackcurrants, etc)
- 2 spoons aspartame
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 8 ice cubes to be added before serving
Preparation:
Wash the strawberries, clean them and cut into two.
Mix the ingredients in the blender bowl....
Mix until you obtain a foam.
Immediately pour into large glasses and sip this delicious milkshake using a straw.
Tip: Gourmet version
For a richer milk shake, you can use Perle de lait in this recipe and, for a compromise on calories, choose fromage frais with 20 % fat.
