Your legs feel heavy and painful, small fatty deposits cluster around your knees and hips. These are all signs of poor circulation.
What causes cellulite?
There are many reasons for its appearance: genetic predisposition, poor blood and lymph circulation, unbalanced diet, excess weight, stress, lack of exercise, hormonal imbalance…
Can your diet do something to help?
The presence of cellulite is not necessarily explained by excess weight; However, overweight accentuates circulation problems and favours cellulite.
If you are subject to this problem, we recommend that you opt for a balanced diet, making sure that you do not eat too much fat and including high quality ingredients. Remember, for example, to eat vegetable fat rather than animal fat. Soy, rapeseed and walnut oil help you cover your needs in essential fatty acids which have an effect on the fluidity of the blood.
Remember to cover your protein needs which help preserve your muscle mass to the detriment of fat. Lean meat, fish and dairy products are also excellent sources of high quality protein.
Try not to eat too much salt as it retains water. Water retention does not facilitate lymphatic circulation and accentuates the "orange peel" effect.
Our advice:
You suffer from very poor circulation. To protect it, you need to watch your weight. Despite all your efforts, you find it difficult to satisfy your hunger. In this case, opt for a 0% fromage frais whose protein content will calm your hunger and avoid putting on the pounds!
