The benefits of vegetable oils
Thanks to their essential fatty acid and vitamin E content, vegetable oils contribute to cell renewal. Some fatty acids protect the skin against dry skin through their lubricating effect and vitamin E protects the cell membranes against oxidation and helps maintain the skin.
