Preparation :15 min

For 4 persons

 

Ingredients :

    • 20 tomatoes
    • 40 grams of tuna-fish in brine
    • 30 cl of cuillérée Crème fraiche Epaisse Yoplait
    • 1 spoon of capers
    • The juice of half a lemon
    • 1 spoon of olive oil
    • Salt and pepper

Recipe :

 

Wash the tomatoes, cut the caps of the tomatoes 20 tomatoes and empty them

Mix the following ingredients:

40 gr of tuna-fish in brine

30 cl of cuillérée Crème fraiche Epaisse Yoplait

1 spoon of capers

The juice of half a lemon

1 spoon of olive oil

Ad salt and pepper

Fill the tomatoes with this mix

Preparation : 20 min

Cooking : 40 min

For 6 persons 

 

Ingredients : 

    • 1 pate à tarte brisée Marie
    • 2 red peppers
    • 3 tomatoes
    • 150 gr of feta
    • 2 eggs
    • 10 cl of Crème fraiche Epaisse Yoplait

Recipe : 

 

Bake the pastry base approximately 10 min in 180 °C

Cut the peppers, the tomatoes and the feta in small slices

Beat eggs with the rest of the ingredients

Put the mix in the pastry

Bake approximately 40 min at 180°C

 

 

Express Flamenckuche

 

Preparation : 15 min

Cooking : 15 min

For 4 persons

 

Ingredients :

    • 1 pate à tarte feuilletée Marie
    • 15 cl of Crème fraiche Epaisse Yoplait
    • 1 pack of lardons in matches
    • 1 onion
    • 1 Gruyere rapé

Recipe :

 

Spread the dough and its paper on the plate of the oven.

Spread the crème fraiche, the lardons, the onion cut in slices and the cheese over the pate.

 

Bake at 250°C until the cheese melts

 

 

Salad sauce with Creme Fraîche

 

Preparation : 5 min

No cooking

For 4 persons

 

Ingredients :

    • 6 spoons of mustard of Dijon
    • 30 cl of Crème fraiche Epaisse Yoplait
    • The juice of a lemon
    • Salt and peppers

Recipe :

 

In a bowl, mix the salt, the pepper, the juice of a lemon and the mustard.

Mix and add little by little the Crème Fraiche Yoplait

 

 

Tiramisu with strawberries and lemon

 

Preparation : 10 min

No cooking

For 4 persons

 

Ingredients :

    • 125 g of mascarpone
    • 125 g of Calin de Yoplait
    • 4 spoons of Crème Fraiche Yoplait
    • 1 lemon (juice + peel)
    • 150 gr of fresh strawberries
    • 50 g of sugar
    • 5 biscuits

Recipe :

 

Wash the lemon, take the peel and press the juice

Mix the mascarpone, the calin, the sugar, the peel and the juice of lemon

Whip the Crème fraiche and put it in the previous mixture

Crumble biscuits and put them in 4 glasses

Add a little juices of strawberries

Put the whole strawberries above

Put the mixture of mascarpone on the top

Put it in the fridge during 2 hours

 

 

Strawberries, raspberries Ice Cream

 

Preparation : 10 min

No cooking

For 12 persons

 

Ingredients :

    • 125 gr of raspberries
    • 250 gr of strawberries
    • 50 cl of Crème Fraiche
    • 200 gr of sugar  

Recipe :

 

Mix all the ingredients during 2-3 min

Put it in glasses and put in the deep freezer (during + or - 6 hours)

 

 

Praline pie

 

Preparation : 20 min

Cooking : 10 min

For 8 persons

 

Ingredients :

    • 1 pate à tarte sablée  Marie
    • 500 gr of crushed pralines
    • 10 cl of Crème Fraiche Yoplait

Recipe :

 

Bake the pastry base 10 min at 180°c

Melt in a pan pralines with the cream on a slow heat, moving from time to time

Put the mixture in the paste cooked and put it in the fridge during 2 hour
