Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes)

  • 200 g Calin fromage blanc
  • 200 g bacon pieces
  • 150 g shallots
  • 1 roll of puff pastry

Préparation

  • Preheat the oven to 210°C.
  • Fry the bacon, without any added fat, in a small, hot pan.
  • Set to one side and sauté the shallots for 5 minutes. Spread the seasoned Calin fromage blanc onto the puff pastry. Sprinkle over the bacon and shallots.
  • Cook for 20 minutes in the oven.
