Creamy cheesecake

Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes)

  • 250 g Calin fromage blanc
  • 120 g sugar
  • 6 butter cookies
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract


  • Preheat the oven to 140°C. Crumble the cookies and mix the crumbs with the melted butter. Use the crumbs to cover the bottom of a round tin.
  • Blend together the Calin fromage blanc, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour this mixture into the tin and bake in the oven for 1 hour 15 minutes. Allow to cool, then chill in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
