Leek fondue with a white sauce

Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes)

  • 200 g Calin fromage blanc
  • 600 g leek (white parts only)
  • 30 g butter
  • ½ lemon (juice)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Préparation

  • Finely julienne the leeks.
  • Sauté the leeks in the melted butter in the saucepan for 10 minutes until they begin to brown, adding a small glass of water.
  • Add the Calin fromage blanc, lemon juice and mustard. Season and simmer for a further 2 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
