Mini tomato bruschetta



Temps de préparation: 10 minutes

Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes)

  • 200 g Calin fromage blanc
  • 50 g sundried tomatoes
  • ½ seeded baguette
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 handful of pine nuts
  • Salt, ground mixed peppercorns


  • Rub the garlic cloves on the slices of toasted baguette.
  • Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and mix with the Calin fromage blanc and the chopped basil.
  • Season.
  • Spread the slices of toast with a generous layer of this mixture and decorate with toasted pine nuts.
