Ingrédients (pour 4 personnes)
- 200 g Calin fromage blanc
- 50 g sundried tomatoes
- ½ seeded baguette
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 10 basil leaves
- 1 handful of pine nuts
- Salt, ground mixed peppercorns

- Rub the garlic cloves on the slices of toasted baguette.
- Cut the tomatoes into small pieces and mix with the Calin fromage blanc and the chopped basil.
- Spread the slices of toast with a generous layer of this mixture and decorate with toasted pine nuts.
